Today I woke up, seeing many new and strange emails, all from PayPal.

- The first three emails were for a withdrawal to a bank account that I have never seen before. All three are for 83 dollars.

- The fourth emails states that my PayPal account's password had been changed (I guess somehow they knew my password then).

- From then, I got many emails titled "Your buyer has filed a case" or "You received a new case", which contain the following information:

''

Your buyer filed a case on this transaction for the following reason:

The buyer stated that they never received the item.

Until this case is closed, we have put a temporary hold on the transaction amount.

If you've already shipped the merchandise, let us know which shipping company you used, and provide the tracking information.

''

Every filed case wants to withdraw exactly 20 dollars (18,62 with 1,38 fee) from my account.

Every filed case is from a different fake account.

- My account was created in 2020 and was always on 0 euro balance. Now it's on a negative -255 euro.

- Currently I can't close my PayPal account because there are 16 open cases with: Reason "Item not received", Status "Awaiting for your response", Due date "29 may 2024". Every case requires 20 dollars.

My questions are:

- How can I prove that I have never sent any items or got any money for any items so I can delete these cases and not get charged additional 16x20 = 640 dollars into my already -250 balance?

- I have every email kept, so do you think PayPal support could help me?

I'll leave some screenshots here for better understanding:

As you can see from the screenshots, my current negative -255 euro balance is from the three bank withdrawals and the fees from the refunds (3 x 83 = 249, and 6 from fees). The 16 left cases though are waiting for a refund but I haven't received any payment which is strange.

To clarify: I have never sold anything to receive or refund any money.
