Stolen money

I have had my money stolen and contacted PayPal and it said to go to the resolution centre which I did but it didnt find anything and my money is still missing and I need it back

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I can understand how concerning it can be when a transaction doesn't go quite as you had expected. Depending on the type of transaction and the issue with it, you may or may potentially not be covered through our Purchase Protection. If it was a Friends and Family transaction, you're normally not covered for any issues with any items purchased. That would normally only be covered through a Goods and Services transaction.
