Some idiot created pyapal account with my email, how can I remove it?

Some idiot created pyapal account with my email address.

Email address is unconfirmed!!!

Phone number is unconfirmed!!!

But PayPal account exists and I keep receiving stupid notifications from stupid Paypal.

I got tired of this and reset Paypal account password to login myself and delete the account.

But to delete it I need to confirm email address and phone number.

Paypal is **bleep**ing **bleep**, did I mention this????

So, I was able to confirm email address, because it's mine, but I can not confirm phone number and I don't want to put mine.

Thus I am not able to delete this stupid fake account registered on my email address!!!!!

What kind of idiots are working in Paypal and how can I close this stupid account?????????????????????????????????????????

I am sorry for what has happened and I understand this is unacceptable. Thank you for bringing this to our attention! It sounds like an account may have been set up in error, possibly due to a typing error in the email which is not uncommon. Please send us an email though the details mentioned in this Help Center Article with a brief description of your issue and the fact that you'd like to remove your email address from an unknown PayPal account. Make sure to send the email from the email address that you want to remove.
