paypal is showing that "You can no longer use PayPal"

I don't why but after i added my bank account this paypal is just showing that "You can no longer use PayPal" and i can't even able to remove my bank account or neither i can't create a new account with that how can i solve this problem i currently creating a new environment of my own but the first step itself is like this please respond me if i can clear this issue

Sadly you can't close a permanently limited account OR remove anything from it. Paypal limits it to stop you removing anything from it.
They don't want you to be able to use anything linked to it to try and open another Paypal account.
If you have been permanently banned then its not just that account that was limited, its you that is banned from using any paypal accounts.
You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try then..........
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
