Hello, I rented a car from an online rental company 5 months ago. The vehicle had defects, I therefore opened a PayPal dispute (equivalent to the sum of €85) and justified my dispute. the claim was finally closed in my favor. Today, the seller is asking me for €50 as compensation for the lost 85€. On my profile on their platform, I had €38 remaining. They took them away from me and are now asking me for the remaining €12 in order to unlock my account to rent again. the problem is not the unlocking of this account, the problem is that the money I put in the account was taken away from me, which was taken away arbitrarily. I don't understand how a company can turn against the individual buyer if the file is closed in the buyer's favor ? turn against him outside the Paypal platform!!! is this legal?!
