Hi community, is anyone else having problems with PayPal support. I reported that a china company has not sent me my 100 dollar lighting set and PayPal have said if I return the item and pay for the post that I will receive a refund. How can I return an item I never received. The PayPal protection is a myth and we may as well for get it. They have closed the case today in favour of the Chinese company who has not sent me my goods. Has anyone else had the problem with pp support. It all seems too much trouble for them and I think I need another for of online payment system if anyone has a better alternative to PayPal
