I'm sorry to hear your sister's account was hacked, and the person using it is sending our money requests. If your sister can log into her account, please have her reset her password and security questions. I also suggest setting up 2-Step Verification for another layer of security. If there are any unauthorized transactions, she can report them following the steps here: How do I report an unauthorized transaction or account activity?
If she is unable to log into her account, please have her reach out to Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Support is also available through Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
I hope your sister can access her account again soon!
