If I sent money to one PayPal account with a specific name in that account address how can it have been sent to a completely different person with another name ? But yet PayPal says I authorized the payment???? PayPal policy states you cannot use another name . I have screen shots that I sent money to one person but they have it being sent to another completely different name and account address. They closed my case saying I authorized it …. I am out $500 to a complete stranger.. can I do anything else ?
