I have a recurring charge from a company I never heard of. I have no idea what I am paying for. Have tried emailing in the past to cancel with no response. What do I do??

I discovered what this website was about. Apparently I signed for their services, which I don't remember. The biggest issue was the monthly membership that more than doubled from October to November. It is resolved. Their Customer Service was nice and closed the account. No refund though.

Hi, I just received the first bill from them. What exactly are their services? I have no idea what this is about. Thank you.

I also have this charge I just canceled the automatic payment through PayPal. I also went online and found that unless you can prove that you followed certain steps and it is within the first 30 days you can not get the money refunded from this company..

I noticed yesterday a payment to this wrbsite. God knows wgere it came from, I have contacted and asked the question. I believed it was a one off payment but transcribed into a subscription. Anyway , I complained and to be fair they have paid me back. Contact the support email given and ask for a refund, I first cancelled on Paypal so no more payments are taken.

I too had this problem.   Through investigation, my son clicked on an advertisement, to take "A Survey" the results of which will tell you how to stop procrastinating.  You have to pay for the results,  which evidently also sign you up for recurring payments from TheLiven.com

I did find a "Thank you for your order" email, in my son's email.  This email had no transaction # or account #  or any mention of recurring payments.

The initial purchase was 29.99 followed by recurring payments of 59.99.   They got $149.97 out of me before I noticed.

I had the same charges and searched my email for Reya Digital ou. It was for a stupid app called The Liven. I don’t remember subscribing to it but I was able to cancel future charges.
