I have a recurring charge from a company I never heard of. I have no idea what I am paying for. Have tried emailing in the past to cancel with no response. What do I do??
If the charges were made to your Paypal account, then call Paypal Customer Service to report the fraudulent charges. They will give the company 10 or 11 days to respond. If the company does not respond, Paypal should refund.
Hello I believe these are charges for one of these two services/apps: 1) the Liven (self help) or 2) Wisely (also self help) I just tried to cancel both via the email address provided on PayPal but haven't heard anything yet.
I’ve been billed by Reya Digital ou, through PayPal. Never heard of this company and cannot reach them. What happens now? Is PayPal aware of this scam???
Reports have been made to Paypal about this organization. But you have to call Paypal Customer Service to file a claim against them. It will be helpful for you to have your Paypal account pulled up on your computer when you call them. Their phone number is: [Removed. Phone #s not permitted]in the U.S.
It has to do with Liven.com which, if I remember correctly, is a weightloss site. It forces you to add this information and even if you back out, they will continue to charge anyway. I had emailed them a month ago and now have called them. Hopefully this fee will now be refunded and we can part ways without getting ugly!
It is a subscription to a procrastination improvement program called Resolutty. Sadly, I purchased a short trial last year and then it began charging me $99 every three months without notice, which I did not catch until today. The first payment was made with a credit card and I do not recall ever authorizing my PayPal account. The app does not work and now it looks like it has been renamed Liven. The contact address in the original email is: Reya Digital OÜ,[removed]. That was in the first and only email I received. I responded to that email today requesting a cancellation and received a note that my request was being reviewed by staff. It does not show up as a recurring payment in PayPal. Has anyone had success cancelling this?
Hi yes I cancelled and they said they couldn’t refund so I replied saying their sneaky tactics about taking full payment after a month was deceiving and fraudulent and they replied saying they have refunded me
I investigated their face book ad regarding procrastination, I did not subscribe but somehow they charged paypal and the first I knew of it was a Pay pal statement. And yes they changed their name from Resolutty to theLiven and I got done twice just by doing their survey. PayPal has refunded the most recent but the older ones my Bank is now dealing with. I hope they get called to task.
