Hi i have been charge of this company that i do not know...how to return back my money?

I reported to Paypal but they closed the report and says that this is not unauthorized report

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
