Received MREURIO Watch. Did not order. There is no activity on my account either

I received a package from <Removed> NY with a MREURIO watch in the box. I did not order this through paypal. 

 

Anyone else have this issue and is there a way to communicate with PayPal

Well, I ordered an ice maker, received one watch.  Ordered 2 utility carts, received two watches last week. 

Lesson learned?  If the price is too good to be true, don't order it off flyby night ads.  

There was also a cool foldable lap desk, and I got a laptop stand.  PayPal kindly refunded my money for the desk and ice maker.

I haven't submitted the one for the utility carts yet. 

Take photos of the packaging, and items received, it helps with the refund request. 

Keep all emails of orders, to match tracking numbers, to see what it should have been.

The last one I had to carefully peel back the top label to see the original tracking #.   

In contacting the seller, they blamed the shippers, but I can't trust either of them.

Same thing happened to me... just got the 2 watches and ordered a bed backrest thing-a -ma-jig! PayPal looking into it. Will see what happens.

Once burned... twice shy! I will not order anything posted on Facebook for sale unless it is from real people... like on Marketplace

Received the watch today....ordered the folding desk!! PayPal shut down anything from this company and label them as dirty scam artists!!

Same thing just happened to me.  I ordered two cheese boards and got two watches.  Same offer of keeping with a discount.  Really a huge hassle and definitely feels like a scam after readying all the posts.

This what I received in an email. I need to dispute this with PayPal. ==== Dear customer, We are deeply sorry for this case. I ordered 2 rocking folding lawn chairs from an ad on Facebook a couple of years ago. I went to their web page and everything seemed legit.  After a while I tried to go back to their web page and it was gone!  I got a hold of Pay-Pal and they refunded my money for me, which I really appreciated. A couple weeks later I got these 2 Mreurio watches that I never ordered delivered to my house.  I thought about it for a day or two and figured out that it must have had something to do with my chairs order. How weird that something to sit in turned into something I now wear on my wrist! It's good to know that I wasn't alone. I'm much more aware of who I order from on the web these days. 😊

I too received these watches.  I ordered 2 3-tiered carts for my kitchen.  The order definite said Kitchen items.  I reported to pay pal and they researched and I got a full refund.  Watches are supposedly at  May Co for over $120.  Not sure   This is the 2nd time I have been burned from ordering things off FB...

Perhaps Facebook should check those  who sell and advertise out more than they do all the other stuff they are pulling off and cancelling , saying they don't conform to their rules and community standards.  The things they pull off and the things they let stay.  SMH.

 

Don't know what to do with the watches other than give them to Goodwill
