Why can't I get my Problem Report submitted to PayPal? I filled out the report form three times since end of November (with no errors each time) and my account still shows "zero" open cases.

I am sorry to know that you're having issues with reporting a problem and I understand this can be frustrating. Thank you for getting this to our attention. If you have file a case, then there will be a record of the cases in our system. As per the information that you have shared, it seem like some glitch. For this situation, I would recommend you to contact PayPal Customer Support so that our advisors can take down your account specific information and add it to the records so that our concerned team can look into it and resolve the issue. Kindly do not hesitate to reach out to Customer Support by sending a DM on Twitter or Instagram or a PM on Facebook. Support may also be reached by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
