Sorry to know that your account is limited permanently. For the safety and security of the network, PayPal often review accounts for potential risks which may lead to a limitation being placed on the account. I know that can be frustrating, but these decisions are not something made lightly. You will be notified the reason of the limitation via email. If there is a balance in the account, that will be held for up to 180 days to minimize any potential risk of loss due to disputes or chargebacks that may be filed during that period. After 180 days, you’ll be notified of your ability to withdraw the balance. I recommend you to reach out to our team with what next to done and help you accordingly.
