Preauthorisation Problem

I bought the game from Epic Game Launcher by Paypal.

Bank account got deduct by I didn't get game in my account.

Paypay On 23 December 2021, xxx was preauthorised show on your card xx-xxxx.

If it isn’t completed or it’s completed for a different amount, any pending amounts will drop off your activity statements, usually within a day.

Do I need to wait until I get authorised to get the game or wait for money to return to my bank account ?

I am sorry to know that you have not received the game in the account. If the transaction is completed, I recommend referring to this Help Center article: How do I open a dispute with a seller?  If the transaction status is pending, you can certainly wait for the payment to drop off or contact the merchant for further details.
