Permanently suspended again

I was permanently suspended again after receiving donations from friends for my medical bills. I stated, "I can no longer use PayPal." This has happened for the second time within one week. I provided all necessary information and documents during the first suspension, and it was acknowledged as a mistake. However, I received $50 and got suspended again. I'm frustrated and exhausted dealing with this while being sick in the hospital. Even it's donation from friend who always PayPal me idk what robot issue can I fix this permanently I don't want to deal with it this everytime 😭

Everytime I call customer service they act like they don’t know what I am saying and all in all can’t help.
