Hello Paypal,
My account was permanently limited. My friend used my laptop to open his paypal account for few minutes just for to check his account. (canadian paypal account) when he visit my office. I don't have knowledge that from one device i can use only paypal account. This paypal account is very important to me and my family to survive. I accept my mistake without unknown. Every human makes mistake. I haven't done any overdue bills payment, not refunded to buyer, any other violence activity etc. There will any solution to resolve my account issue. Please i will be very glad if anyone let me know.
