Permanent limitation, help,

I am trying to set up my PayPal account so that I can start selling items online, and I noticed that I entered my legal name wrong. I attempted to change it, provided a copy of my ID card, and was answered with permanent limitation, an email stating that I can no longer use PayPal. Has anyone had a similar problem, how did you resolve this?

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
