Paypal won't let me accept refund from seller.

Hello I recently bought a hoodie from grailed but the seller canceled the order. He offered me the money back in paypal resolution center and I tried to accept the money (514 USD) but when i clicked accept offer notification pops up saying "We're sorry, looks like osmething went wrong on our end. Please try to submit again" I have tried to accept the money probably 5 times during the span of 3 days so I dont really think submitting again will work.

please help!

Sorry to hear that you've run into some issues while accepting the refund. I recommend you to try clearing your cookies, history, cache, etc. from your browser or try using a different browser/device to see if this works.
