Paypal refused the refund

I am so frustrated, I got scammed with my purchase with fake dior bag, i bought it from depop, as the item arrived and was clearly fake a made a request of the refund, I waited one month for the final decision which was in favor of the seller. I payed 630€. I provided every details of the case, every screenshots. I returned the item with the return paper the seller provided in delivered package. The seller even offered partial refund of 300€. Which I declined because why should I negotiate with 50% what I payed. i am frustrated and so mad ant paypal and the seller. Why would the seller rven suggest me partial refund if he doesn’t think that he is wrong here. I can not reopen the case, the depop says the decision is final. Shame on you!!!! I NEED MY MONEY BACK

Which dispute did you open?

 

Did you escalate to a claim?

 

Did you provide proof of item being fake from manufacturer or shop that sold the genuine item?

 

Did PayPal tell you to return the item and if so did you provide trackable proof of delivery?
