My claim was denied because of lack of response. I have printed out 15 pages of responses between Paypal and the seller. I returned the products to the senders address, with tracking that shows they received the package back, but they said they did not receive it, and Paypal believed them. I even sent a copy of the Canada Post receipt showing the tracking number which when tracked shows it was received/accepted at the senders address!! What else can I do? HELP
Thanks for the advise Ken, I'll try it tomorrow, very frustrating when you follow all the rules, and the seller says they didn't receive the return, when I sent the tracking number, and when tracked shows the day and the time of day it was delivered to them!! Paypal believed them! How is that possible?
