Payment suspended and account limited in one shot

Hi, my account was limited and a payment suspended, all in one shot.

There's a way to know why it happened?

I've unlocked it giving my documents, but it's absurd because I am a customer since 2007!

There's someone to call, or somewhere to look?

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
