I understand you're concerned about the withdrawal from your bank account to PayPal. I suggest that you check if you are able to find the transaction details in your PayPal account. If you are able to see the transaction, check if this payment was done by you. If not, please go ahead and report it in the resolution center. Click on this link for the steps to report the transaction.
When a transaction shows on your bank or card statement but not in your PayPal account that is an indication that someone has obtained your financial information and used it without permission. Reporting the transaction to the bank and having them close the affected account is essential and the bank is responsible for refunding the unauthorized payment. This is a case of Unauthorized Stolen Financials and you need to work with your bank or card issuer to report the issue and obtain a refund. I hope this helps.
