Hey there! I hope you are doing great.
I haven't used this account but set it up in case I needed one in the future a while ago. Welll, that future has arrived and found out that my account has been permanently limited and I can't find why or an option to ask the situation to be reverted.
Reference ID: PP-L-284841762345 states as follows: 'Because of potential risk exposure, we've permanently limited your account. You'll no longer be able to use the account for any transactions.'
I honestly don't get why I'm violating user agreement when no activity has happened whatsoever...
Resolution center is also empty:
No registered customers either, so...
Any e-mail address / contact form to get to PayPal would be greatly appreciated. I'm starting a business soon and having PayPal is an advantage.
Thanks!

Hello @Takatalvi,
Welcome to PayPal Community Forum and thank you for posting!
I'm sorry to hear of the permanent limitation and I can certainly understand how frustrating something like this can be. Usually, details about a permanent limitation are sent via email or can be seen in the Resolution Center. I know handling with limitation can be quite concerning. I recognize the importance of getting this taken care of, but these decisions are not something made lightly. Typically if an account has been permanently limited, then some part of our user agreement has been broken, but without being able to see the account, I would not be able to share any details. I would suggest reaching out to PayPal customer support using any of the options found here, as they will be able to provide more direct assistance: PayPal Customer Support.
Regards,
Ayesha

Hey there @PayPal_Ayesha, thank you for your reply. I've tried searching inside Resolution center and other ways to contact PayPal to no avail.
Will cancelling / deleting the account and creating a new one solve the situation?
Thanks!

Hey @Takatalvi
Thanks for responding back! You cannot cancel/delete a limited account and creating a new one may also lead to a limitation. Support is also available through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages. I suggest you try to contact the team through the social media channel for more assistance.
Good luck,
Bindu
