My account balance isn't correct. shows i received the fund but it doesnt show at all??

They're Phone service isn't working either. Multiple people are having this issue today. We are not getting any assistance. I'm not willing to even put more money on my PayPal account until this is fixed. This **bleep** me over pretty bad today.
