Hello. I have not had a PayPal account until today. But for 5 months, an amount of about 6 euros has been deducted from my bank account with the title (PAYPAL *PAODINGD9C4). I went to the bank, but they said I should ask PayPal. That's why I created a PayPal account today so that I can solve this problem. Do you have a solution?
If you bought something online with a debit or credit card and didn't log into your Paypal account then of course it won't show on that Paypal account because you bought as a guest buyer. However your seller may have processed that payment using their Paypal 'card reader' and so Paypal would show on your bank or card statement.
