Hello, I was wondering if anyone can help me. I recently opened a dispute and filled out a long paragraph with the details in the first part where it tells you to explain your problem. Then a few pages later I uploaded the pictures and I put a couple of sentences for additional information. I am worried because, when I go into the case, I can only see the additional information and not the large informative paragraph that explains the problem. Will Paypal have that information?
