Meta automatic charge

Hi, I need your help. I have been billed for two years month after month for a service I did not ask for and I have not received any product or service from Meta. In total I was billed for 5600 NIS ($1500). I have used sponsored advertising on Instagram several times but never the high amounts I was charged. Meta did not send any email explaining this charge. My financial situation is difficult and does not allow such a large expense. Begging for help

Hello @Gonidagan and @kernowlass

Thanks for visiting the Community; welcome, @Gonidagan!

If I understand correctly, it sounds like you had an authorized subscription to Instagram for advertising but have noticed there were additional higher charges that you didn't authorize. Is that correct? In this situation, you'll want to continue working with Meta/Instagram to request a refund on the specific charges that you didn't authorize. As @kernowlass mentioned, please also cancel your current Meta subscriptions to prevent any future charges while this is settled. I also suggest resetting your password on Instagram as well as any websites that share the same password.

I hope you receive a refund!
