I'm not sure what these charges are on my PayPal account. I have 3 of them in a row. They have already come out of my checking account. I hope you can help

I'm sorry to hear you've also had difficulty with this company, @joancorica; I'm glad to hear you were able to cancel the subscription to prevent future charges. If you know you had canceled the subscription previously on the merchant's website, you may benefit from filing a Canceled Recurring billing dispute. With that dispute, please provide a copy/screenshot of proof showing the subscription had previously been canceled with the merchant. If it wasn't previously canceled, filing an Item Not Received dispute would be my next recommendation. You can find the instructions on our Help Center here.
As @Marciahsinclair mentioned, after filing a dispute, please make sure you keep an eye on the different timeframes within your case. A dispute has 20 days before it automatically closes and cannot be reopened. If you don't receive a response from the merchant, you'll want to escalate it into a claim before the 20-day timeframe is up. After that, if PayPal needs more information from you, you'll be notified in your Resolution Center and email. You'll have between three and ten days to respond, depending on what information is asked.

I also am getting the MB Versus Media repeating charges on my account. I am in Australia. I would like to know if it is a scam. I use Safari on an iMac.

If you did not authorize the initial payment, you may also be able to receive a refund by filing an unauthorized dispute. Sorry to hear about the unauthorized charges in your PayPal account. No need to worry! PayPal offers fill protection for confirmed unauthorized charges. Please make sure to check if these charges are from the billing agreement in your account signed up in the past. Steps to review the billing agreement in your PayPal account can be found here. If these charges are part of an automatic payment/billing agreement, you can cancel the automatic payment set up and contact the merchant for a refund.
If there's no billing agreement signed up for this merchant, you can update your password, security questions, and report these charges in the resolution center of your PayPal account.
