I'm not sure what these charges are on my PayPal account. I have 3 of them in a row. They have already come out of my checking account. I hope you can help

They do not answer the phone, what kind of company is this? 

pls send link to file a dispute its hitting PayPal 4x in one day, and coming out of my Checking acc - send me your dispute link.

I called MB Versus Media a[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]and left a msg

now getting into PPal resolution center

yes I ordered  one order  from MB VERSUS MEDIA ( BANDOO) and they confirmed on my e mail one order which is correct then another order with another 2 orders within. which makes that 3 orders. I went in my paypal account and saw 3 consecutive  charges which is different than their e mail presentation. Then I checked the wallet and realized they had installed themselves for automatic payments which I never authorized and cancelled that before any damages occurred. I have advised paypal of this and they have yet to get back to me but they will quickly see that has happened before with the same company. PAYPAL normally do a very good job but will have to improve their choice of businesses that deal with them because if this stuff happens to often it will diminished paypals credibility.

I have had that very same experience with this company and with PayPal. Not really satisfactory at all. I did manage to get rid of the automatic payment scam 'I hope ' but never authorised this or the subsiquent order. Please PayPal DO SOMETHING. As yet I have not recived any items.

Sorry to hear you’re in same boat with these people but keep at it! It took me some time and aggravation but I did get refunds. Watch out for PayPal emails giving closure dates and be sure to query again. Still bit anxious that this company will appear again in future payment notifications. Good luck!

Welcome back, and thanks for posting! 

I'm sorry to hear you've also had difficulty with this company, @joancorica; I'm glad to hear you were able to cancel the subscription to prevent future charges. If you know you had canceled the subscription previously on the merchant's website, you may benefit from filing a Canceled Recurring billing dispute. With that dispute, please provide a copy/screenshot of proof showing the subscription had previously been canceled with the merchant. If it wasn't previously canceled, filing an Item Not Received dispute would be my next recommendation. You can find the instructions on our Help Center here.  

As @Marciahsinclair mentioned, after filing a dispute, please make sure you keep an eye on the different timeframes within your case. A dispute has 20 days before it automatically closes and cannot be reopened. If you don't receive a response from the merchant, you'll want to escalate it into a claim before the 20-day timeframe is up. After that, if PayPal needs more information from you, you'll be notified in your Resolution Center and email. You'll have between three and ten days to respond, depending on what information is asked.

why does paypal allow automatic renewal without  our approval, It s up to us to renew not the companies. Stopping automatic renewal log on by thre companies  would be a proper first step to prevent fraud.

we have to advise pay-pal continuously because they don t seem  or care. Companies without our consent automatically have automatic payment an d they did 3 in one day on my account one day after i bought 1 set of patch, Tried to explain to paypal that I was charge 3 times and only ordered one but because amounts of money varied they did not make the connection and concluded there was only one extra charge and the other must have been me, So i removed my wallet and see i they have enough complaints from various persons they might act. If they don t I m out.

In doing some searching through my emails and lining up purchase amount and the purchase date I'm 99% sure MB Versus Media is for Wellamoon sleep patches.
