Locked with no explanation?????

Two months ago I suddenly received a message saying that my account is permanently blocked.  My last transaction was sending money to a colleague to pay for flowers to send to another colleague who had just lost her father.  I cannot get any explanation.

 

I've read the other messages post in the community forum, so I get the idea that these things are rarely reversed, but I refuse to give up.  I've called and I've emailed.  No one at PayPal will help.  Can someone in this forum help me think outside the box, please?

 

I don't sell anything.  I have no disputes.
