Hello, I have received a restriction on my paypal account for which I do not know the reason. I cannot contact anyone from paypal. I was receiving payments with my paypal. It asked me for cargo tracking information, information about the work I did and an invoice. I sent these. Within seconds, I received an email stating that my account was restricted. But I realized that I sent the invoice information from this information the invoice information of my other company. I think it may be for this reason. But I cannot contact anyone about this. For this reason, I cannot learn clear information. Since I do my job very professionally and in accordance with all the rules that paypal requires, I can provide all the information requested for my account to be activated.

I also have a limited account, it has been limited for 11 years and I still can't take my balance and paypal ignores my support tickets

Hello, thank you for your feedback. But when I did these transactions, I could not reach customer service in any way. I can only correspond with robots. But is there a screen where I can send documents again for this transaction? Can you share the link?

@PayPal_Shradha I have read all of these articles. But there is no situation regarding my account. Since I am surprised by this situation, I want to get more comprehensive and clear information from you. Because these articles do not have a reason to limit my account.
