Cannot enter a valid date when preparing a report

I'm trying to submit a report concerning a fraudulent product purchased through PayPal.

In responding to the date field for when the item was received, I used the calendar function to set 6 Aug 24. The outcome was 08/06/2024 with a message alerting me to Please enter a valid delivery date.  What's the problem?

This issue is preventing me progressing the report further from that page.

Can someone advise how I can resolve this issue, please?

Request you to kindly reach out to our customer support team to know what can be done next or to get an understanding of the possible solution to the issue raised. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest".

I have the same problem. I got scammed and tried to report the transaction and i get this "please enter a valid delivery date" issue. Any solution for this one?
