Can anybody actually give the correct address to return an order to Joyui Co. Ltd in China as the one paypal has given me is incorrect and I m getting no joy as no return, no refund. The company is a scam and the return system is dreadful. DO NOT order from them, the products are cheap and nasty and return cost is dreadful. Avoid at all costs!

Don't bother to file a dispute. There is no solution or way to get your money back from PayPal. Joyui Co is a scammer & anything they give to PayPal in response to a dispute is designed to avoid giving you your money back. Chalk it up to a lesson learned & be more selective in the future about what you order online thru PayPal.

Just because you didn't get your money back because you refused to send the item back doesn't mean that others won't get their money back.

Hundreds have had full refunds on return of the item back to the seller, so its not very nice of you to try and persuade folks not to even try.
