Is Actitech Ltd linked to a fitness app?

Does anyone know who Actitech are and why they took unauthorised money from my Paypal? Is it possibly a yoga/fitness app I purchased for half the amount (to trial it)and now they are just taking money automatically?!

Who is Actitech and anyone know why they would have taken $53.19 from my bank account through PayPal? And it looks like it's a recurring payment. Only way to get in touch with them is to message them. Phone number doesn't work.

A lot of times what happens is people accept a free trial for a product and forget to cancel. As a buyer you must agree to a billing agreement/subscription before a merchant can take a payment from your PayPal account.

If you don't notice during checkout OR don't cancel then it auto renews. Be careful what you are accepting.

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

Kudos / Solution appreciated.

A company called Actitech charged me about $30. I tried to cancel Yoga-Go.io and couldn't find a way to do it. Did send texts and email. I'm pretty sure that's where this comes from. Do I report to PayPal or credit card company?

It is the FastEasy App on your phone. They are very sneaky as they don't show in the Apple subscriptions. Actitech seems to be  their company based in Cyprus. On Actitech website there is no indication of what the company is. So they can charge you in the background while you are trying to figure out who they are.

You have to go to the FastEasy App on your phone and cancel there. Then take a picture of the cancellation notice. Monitor your PayPal account and if they charge you dispute it and send the picture of the cancellation notice. It is very unfortunate when people try to abuse the system.

For me, it was an app on my phone called FitCoach. I canceled my subscription and requested a refund today. We will see how cooperative they are in the upcoming days/weeks.

I had the same issue. It is one of their fitness apps, mine was WalkFit, which I totally forgot about.  I actually use it, but didn't put 2 and 2 together.  Wish they would just use a name we recognize.  Hope this helps.

I was just charged and found that its been going on for 9 months. An App called Muscle Boost is the culprit.  I already have a fitness app so I don't know where the hell this came from.
