Is Actitech Ltd linked to a fitness app?

Does anyone know who Actitech are and why they took unauthorised money from my Paypal? Is it possibly a yoga/fitness app I purchased for half the amount (to trial it)and now they are just taking money automatically?!

It’s a fitness app. WalkFit for me. They may control other fitness apps. Difficult to contact and cancel. Go into profile, subscriptions, cancel. #ActitechLmtd

That will not work. They keep charging you. You need to cancel through them. Would you believe there is now at least 1 company that claims they’ll get your subscription cancelled with Actitech but they’ll charge you????  Talk about a crappy company.  Google ‘cancel Actitech subscription’ and their ad will show up. I haven’t paid them myself.  Who knows who they are?

I too have just discovered three months of payments to this Company. Did not sign up for anything and a google search of the company did not give me any idea of what I have supposedly purchased. I have stopped the payments but would like a refund. How do I do this please?

Me too! How do you get your money back as I've paid 5 months! I've been ill so missed it. Don't want to try to just cancel if that doesn't stop them taking my money!

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile / settings tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
