PayPal will help with the most recent 6 months.  Beyond that, you’d have to pursue them legally, but since they’re in another country it’s useless basically. That will not work. They keep charging you. You need to cancel through them. Would you believe there is now at least 1 company that claims they’ll get your subscription cancelled with Actitech but they’ll charge you????  Talk about a crappy company.  Google ‘cancel Actitech subscription’ and their ad will show up.
