Is Actitech Ltd linked to a fitness app?

Does anyone know who Actitech are and why they took unauthorised money from my Paypal? Is it possibly a yoga/fitness app I purchased for half the amount (to trial it)and now they are just taking money automatically?!

I just had the same happen to me. I think I know which one it is, WalkFit but I didn't authorize it to come out automatically every month.

I signed up to a fitness app (Actitech Limited). It’s not what I wanted so I’ve requested a refund. But I also want to ensure I have not allowed them access to draw more payments from my PayPal account. How can I do this?

I'm in the same boat as you.  I was able to go online and cancel my subscription at

"app.muscle-booster.io".

The cancellation was straight forward, and they sent a confirmation email to show the account was cancelled.  Also, the on-lineaccount status showed it was cancelled.

Now I'd like to remove the business entry within my paypal account on the "auto-payment" approved list.

How can I get a refund from actitech, only purchased a week trail and not even used it and has been automatically charged extra €30. I did not authorise this transaction. I was absolutely positive I am safe using my PayPal to pay for a week nothing more. Feel very disappointed

A lot of times what happens is people accept a free trial for a product and forget to cancel. As a buyer you must agree to a billing agreement/subscription before a merchant can take a payment from your PayPal account.

If you don't notice during checkout OR don't cancel then it auto renews. Be careful what you are accepting.

They are very slick on how they hide their auto-renew when you sign up for a trial.  Many people have the same complaint, so I do not think it is us.  It is them.  They are not willing to grant refunds.  Plaster their fraudulent tactics all over social media and maybe they will get the message and be more transparent.

You will have to go on-line at "app.muscle-booster.io".  Open an account using the email you provided when you got the cell phone app.

They have a refund policy.  You will need to read it and see if it applies to your case.  The also have a contact email shown on their web site.

I was able to cancel my subscription, but I'm not going to fight for a refund.

It's from an app called Yoga-Go. Go into the app to cancel subscription.
