Does anyone know who Actitech are and why they took unauthorised money from my Paypal? Is it possibly a yoga/fitness app I purchased for half the amount (to trial it)and now they are just taking money automatically?!

Its from the fasteasy app most likely. If you set via android play store you need to cancel the sub from play store. If you set up via the website the payments will be automatic from paypal. From the app click your profile and contact support. Ask them to cancel your sub.

I do not and have never had an app called fasteasy. Are there other apps associated with Actitech? I do not believe I ever used or bought an app from this vendor.

Hello everyone! Thanks for visiting our Community Forum!
@halcott11, I'm sorry I'm unable to provide any information on other apps associated with Actitech. However, If there has been unauthorized activity on your PayPal account, you may want to see if the option to Report unauthorized activity is available, or potentially report it through your funding source.
@Bhernndz, sorry to hear it's been a bit of a confusing situation. The steps @kernowlass is referencing above are on your PayPal account. I hope this article clears up any other questions: What is an automatic payment and how do I cancel or update one?
Have a great day!

Use paypal.com to cancel - not the app you subscribed to - then follow the advice from others.
