Scam recurring payment

I have had two fraudulent payments taken from my UK bank account via my Santander bank debit card to a payee listed as "Paypal *Ding/Ezetop. They have been set up as recurring payments. They were probably taken in USD but after foreign exchange they show as £16.66 and £3.33.

I have no relationship with any  company with a name like that and never use my debit card for purchases. Obviously the payment wasn't related to my PayPal account but did go to a PayPal account. How can I find out more about this payment and seek redress?

thanks for any help
