I found a person in a Facebook group who can buy car parts for me and send them to my country
This is not a company.
The amount of money is 3700 euros. That's a lot of money for me. How can I protect my money in case it is a fraudster ?
He offered to send him money via Paypal just to his Email

To understand about Buyer Protection, please take a look at this linked page. Please note that Purchase Protection will only apply to payments sent to another party as a Goods and Services payment, or that are made directly on a website and paid from your PayPal account. If the payment is a Friends and Family payment, it will not be protected.
