I need help );
A guy sold me a broken diesel pump after asking him if the pump had any leaks before buying and he ensured me that it was all ok an that he gurantees on parts. I bought it and then a month after when my mechanic tried to mount it in my car he found out that the pump leaked like I feared, I tried to explain the situation to the seller using tecnical terms and pictures but he didn't believe me and he keeps saying that he dismounted the piece from a working car ecc ecc not providing me any proof. I did't mean to close the ebay refound but opening the paypal one closed the ebay refound. Paypal is asking me to send proof of me sending the package back to the seller but I can't because I don't know the seller's adress and he's still ghosting me on ebay and that makes the whole thing Impossible for me. Please I need help thoose are alot of money for me and for a broken pump. I would't ask the money back if the pump worked and I don't want to keep it because I want him to see the broken part. I'm finding all this now because my mechanic was very busy and before that I didn't had any money to do the work and I exeeded the 10 or 20 days return policy on ebay so Paypal was the only choice since the return was going to be directly

Shame you opened a paypal dispute instead of carrying on with the ebay dispute. However if its a paypal dispute then you have to return the item before getting a refund if you win the claim. If you need an addy then contact customer services.
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hi everyone! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. Thank you @kernowlass for your help so far on this post. We appreciate your time!
@Evansonoveronic, welcome! Sorry to hear you've run into some issues with a recent dispute. Normally, if PayPal authorizes a return of the item for a refund, you would be provided a return address in the case details. If you don't see a return address, I'd recommend reaching out to PayPal Customer Support for assistance. They're also available through Twitter direct message, Instagram direct message, or Facebook instant message.
Best wishes!
