i made a 100 euro bank transfer to a paypal card not working since years. the people i sent money to, is still on paypal but with a brand new card and iban. is that maoney lost or what to do? money will be refound autmatically? thanks
If the card ACCOUNT that both cards belong or belonged to is still open then it should go through fine. However if its a completely new card / account then it may decline and if so it should bounce back to your paypal balance, allow 5-7 days.
