Hello, My PayPal account has been restricted. The account was just registered at the beginning of this year and hasn’t been officially used yet. There have been no payments or income, and I have uploaded many documents as required by the system, but the result was that my account was restricted. I have no doubt that all the information I uploaded is true and valid. However, my account has been restricted, and I just want to restore it. Reference ID: [Removed] Thank you! ---

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
