I had sent 8 dollars to my PayPal from Fiverr to use, and when I tried adding it, PayPal asked for me to verify who I was. After sending all the necessary info, the next day my account gets permanently limited because I am under 18?? This is actually the second time this has happened, I am EXACTLY 18 and I’m about to go into 19. Who can I contact for more help on this issue, without having to create a new account?

ok then, could be they just can't count, bit worrying that !!

Your best bet is to contact customer services to put them straight?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

I think the point may be 'were' you 18 when you opened that account?

If not then it would not matter how old you are now as it would still be an illegally opened minor account and permanently limited for being opened underage.

Yeah, I opened the account when I was 18. I’m not sure why they think I’m underage
