i've just gotten a notification on my phone for a charge of $16.47 which i never made or can't remember if i did choose something a while ago and its come through now it just says "metainsight (via PayPal) [Removed. Phone #s not permitted] can someone please help me i'm scared that someone has gotten my card details
Check if you had a subscription set up and if you need to cancel it? Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
If not then click on the transaction and using the report a problem link bottom of that details page mark it as unauthorised if that is what it is?
