How to stop this scam: HONG KONG SOOUYA TECHNOLOGY LIMITED

As a test, I paid $1.49 to locate my phone. Never located.

They want to take a monthly amount. None of their emails work.

How do I block them?

Go into your account and stop the recurring payment. Then call PayPal Customer Service and they will create a case and refund you the $39

I completely understand your concern about the unauthorized charges in your PayPal account. No worries! PayPal protection policy covers all confirmed unauthorized charges in your account. Firstly, I suggest you check if these charges are a part of a service you signed up for in the past.

Once you report the transaction, PayPal will investigate and update you the details via email within 10 days. You can always check the status and details of the case in the resolution center of your PayPal account.

I don't even know who they are and they've charged me $39 twice in a row. That doesn't seem like a subscription for anything. And an FYI Conde Nast does the same thing, however they did refund my money.
