I received multiple emails from PayPal this morning that my address and phone number were changed. They are old phone numbers and addresses. The email says that they were changes made by me (they weren’t) and to contact support if not (I did, no help). Before any of the forum point harvesters try to say phishing, I know that these are not phishing emails because the I see the changes were made in my account. What I want to know is why, why were my old phone number and address added to my account? I can’t even delete the old phone number because it was added as a “home” number. If PayPal is just doing housekeeping with all of the data they have, they certainly can’t message me saying I made the change.
