I understand that you're looking to enable 2FA in your account. You can add an extra layer of security to your PayPal account by enabling 2-step verification for login. 2-step verification must be configured on a desktop computer. Set up is not available through the PayPal mobile apps. You can set up the 2FA by following the instructions listed here.
