How do I get an explanation why a Claim was decided in our favor?

We received a welcomed notice today that a customers Claim was settled in our favor. The noticed we received simply said:
"Case Status: Closed
The buyer canceled the case"
Normally I would gladly contact the customer to confirm, but this customer was nasty, belligerent and filed a claim
just 2 days after we agreed we would both wait till the end of the November for him to receive his shipment, at which time
if he did not receive his order we would provide a full refund.
Should I just assume he received his order? Or can I get something more definitive from PayPal?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
Advice is voluntary.
